My passion for baking started in my mid-20s, inspired by my mother who taught me everything I know about the craft. Seventeen years ago, I was diagnosed with celiac disease, which made me miss the taste of delicious desserts and foods that resembled real, gluten-filled treats. This challenge fueled my determination to experiment and create recipes that captured the essence of "gluten" desserts without compromising on taste.
At Sunny Baked, we have been passionate about baking for over 20 years. I started baking for my family and friends and soon realized that not only did I have a talent for creating delightful and visually appealing baked goods, but they were also absolutely delicious. I specialize in baking gluten-free, and sometimes dairy-free and dye-free foods, ensuring that even those with dietary restrictions can enjoy delectable desserts. It's my goal to make sure people with dietary restrictions can have delicious baked goods and food at all times. My desserts and foods are like a taste of sunshine, warming your soul with every bite.
